    Always had great eye care from the Optic Shop, but when dealing with the Practice Manager over a problem, I realised how little I mattered as a customer. She even put a value on me, less than £87. I and my continued repeat business were worth less than £87 to the Practice Manager. I was puzzled and very disappointed. Keep clear of the Practice Manager if you have issues to resolve in Optic Shop Abergavenny - she was totally unsympathetic to my needs. Very disapponted in this place.

    I am from Abergavenny although I dont live there now but sometimes visit the town, I used to buy refreshments from the Oasis but not anymore, the staff are no sociable and whilst serving a customer they keep up conversations with "locals" who may be standing close to the counter, I used to have a café in Cross Street when living in Abergavenny and I valued my customers wherever they came from but the Oasis seems to be more interested in keeping up with the locals, not very good for a bus station in a beautiful tourist are, not a good welcome for passengers getting off coaches after perhaps a long journey To conclude this I would think it best for the Oasis snack bar to be put on an Oasis and forgotten about

  • Review of "The Britannia Inn" at Abergavenny

    Not a nice place at all. The wannbe teenager landlady is far too interested in entertaining her "friends" with the strange smelling tobacco to run a nice establishment. Add that to underage drinkers drug using and vomiting in the toilet and having to wade through 2 inches of urine and it really is one place to avoid.
